Prices: All the prices are in EURO, we have provided a currency exchange service based on the ECB: European Central Bank rates for your reference but all the payements through Paypal or Credit Cards will be processed in EURO
Please Note: All prices are subject to IVA (VAT) if the customer reside in a EEC country. When you register to our website the taxes will be automatically added to the prices if applicable.

Security: We are not responsible for the unauthorized use of credit cards. The credit card data are stored in encrypted form just for the time needed to process them and then deleted. We retain right to refuse to accept a credit card that cannot obtain authorization.

Shipping: Products will be shipped Italian Postal Service Registered Mail as soon as they are ready.

Shipping Rates:
- Orders up to EURO 100,00 will be charged EURO 8,00
- Orders greather then EURO 100,00 are free of shipping charges

Returns: if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 15 days after receipt. We will issue a full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs plus a 4% fee from your refund.
In the event of merchandise return, we must be notified of the intent prior to returning the shipment- using the Contact form on the main page. We will then issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition to our packaging.

Privacy: All information will be kept private and used only to provide the service for which it was obtained. We will not sell or share any information received from our customers with other companies or individuals.

Italian Law no. 196/03:
The user states to know the informative foreseen in the article 13 of Italian Law no. 196/03, in matter of “Safeguarding of one’s interests and other subjects concerning the personal data processing” and explicitly agrees, pursuant to article 23, with the processing of his own personal data, acquired by Minicris di Cristina Minischetti when he registered.

The personal data will be processed electronically and saved both electronically and manually or in any other fitting way, in observance of the minimal safety measures according to the Technical Specifications about minimal safety measures, Enclosure B of the Privacy Code.

Data subjects will be able to exercise any and all other rights foreseen by Art. 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights) of Legislative Decree No. 196/03:

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;

2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of its processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification details concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5 Paragraph 2;
e) of the persons or organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, officer(s) or appointee(s).

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully, including those data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which were collected or later processed;
c) a statement that the operations indicated at letters a) and b), including their content, have been made known to those to whom the data have been communicated or released, except in the case of this being found to be impossible or requiring the use of means which are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to completely or partially oppose:
a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication surveys.
